Trikonasana

Daily Habits That Also Help Manage Uric Acid
Drinking at least 2.5 to 3 liters of water daily

Reducing intake of sugary beverages and sodas
Including cherries, bananas, cucumbers, and fiber-rich fruits and vegetables in the diet
