iQOO 15 Apex Launched in India with 7000mAh Battery, Flagship Specs and 7 Years of Updates

iQOO has launched its latest flagship smartphone, the iQOO 15 Apex, in India, bringing top-end specifications, a large battery, and long-term software support. The device stands out with its promise of seven years of security updates and five years of Android OS upgrades.
Price and Availability
The iQOO 15 Apex starts at ₹72,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, while the 16GB RAM and 512GB model is priced at ₹79,999. Buyers can avail a flat ₹6,000 discount on select bank cards, effectively reducing the starting price to ₹66,999.
Customers who pre-book the device will also receive iQOO TWS earbuds worth ₹1,899 at no additional cost. The smartphone will go on sale from April 6 at 12 noon via iQOO’s official website, Amazon, Vivo Exclusive Stores, Reliance Digital, and other select retail outlets.
In the premium segment, the device is expected to compete with smartphones such as the Motorola Signature, Google Pixel 10, Oppo Find X9, and Oppo Reno 15 Pro 5G.

The iQOO 15 Apex features a large 6.85-inch Samsung 2K M14 OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, offering a smooth and immersive viewing experience. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with an advanced 8000mm² cooling system to ensure sustained performance during heavy usage.
Battery and Charging
One of the key highlights of the device is its massive 7000mAh battery. It supports 100W FlashCharge fast charging as well as wireless charging, catering to users who require long battery life and quick top-ups.
Camera Setup
The smartphone comes equipped with a triple rear camera system, including a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, enabling versatile photography options.
Software and Updates
The device runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. iQOO has committed to providing five years of OS updates and seven years of security updates, making it one of the longest-supported Android smartphones in the market.
