A total of 28,740 posts will be filled across various postal circles in rural areas of the country. Recruitment will be conducted for the following posts:

• Branch Postmaster (BPM): Responsible for managing branch post offices and financial transactions

• Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM): Assists the BPM in daily operations and mail delivery

• Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS): Handles mail delivery and other branch-related duties

• Correction window: February 18–19, 2026

Application Fee:

• ₹100 for General, OBC, and EWS (Male candidates)

Eligibility Criteria and Selection Process

Educational Qualification:

• Must have passed Class 10 from a recognized board

• Mathematics and English must be subjects studied in Class 10

Selection Process:
