Dubai Police and Events Security Committee (ESC) said that the gates of the stadium will be opened for general spectators three hours before the match starts. A valid ticket will be required to enter. Strict action will be taken against those without tickets or trying to break the rules. The police have made it clear that no spectator will be allowed to carry pets, remote control devices, toxic substances, power banks, firecrackers, laser pointers, glass items, selfie sticks, umbrellas, smoking materials, flags or banners in the stadium. If any of these items are caught, there will be a direct fine and jail action.
Can be punished with fine
According to reports, if anyone is found with banned items, he will be fined at least 5,000 dirhams (about 12 lakhs). Apart from this, there can also be a jail sentence of 1 to 3 months. At the same time, if a spectator behaves violently, uses racist or abusive language, then he can be fined from 10,000 dirhams (2,40,374) to 30,000 dirhams (7,21,123).
