Baghpat News: A case has emerged from Uttar Pradesh's Baghpat district that has shocked humanity. The greed for dowry, the scourge of gambling, and the brutality of lust have turned a newlywed woman's life into hell. The victim's statement has stunned everyone, including the police and the entire area. The case has been registered in the Binoli police station area, and the police are investigating.

The victim, a resident of Niwada village, began a few days after the wedding
She was married to Danish, a young man from Khiwai village in Meerut, on October 24, 2024. According to the victim, she discovered early in their marriage that her husband was an alcoholic and a gambling addict. Her husband and his family constantly taunted and assaulted her, claiming she received insufficient dowry.

Wife put at stake in gambling, allegation of gang rape by 8 people
The allegations made by the victim are spine-chilling. She says that one day her husband Danish was gambling. As he was losing in gambling, he put his wife at stake. It is alleged that as soon as the husband lost, 8 people present there gang raped her one by one. The victim identified 3 of these people - Umesh Gupta, Monu and Anshul. All three are said to be residents of Ghaziabad.

According to the victim , her suffering did not end here, as she alleges that after the gambling incident, her brother-in-law Shahid Shaukeen also raped her. The most shocking allegation is against her father-in-law Yamin. The victim claims that her father-in-law repeatedly forced sexual relations with her by taunting her about dowry. The family used to tell her, "If you haven't brought dowry, you will have to obey everything we say... you will have to please us."

The victim also alleged forced abortion, acid throwing, and attempted murder.
She stated that when she became pregnant, her in-laws forced her to undergo an abortion. Acid was then poured on her feet. She was allegedly pushed into a river with the intention of killing her, but she managed to escape and reach her parents' home. Her parents helped her and filed a police complaint.

Pressure to withdraw the case, victim pleads at SP's office
The victim says the accused party is pressuring her father to withdraw the case. Meanwhile, the woman reached the SP's office and demanded justice.

Police confirmed the action.
Baghpat police stated via social media that a case has been registered at the Binoli police station. Police stated that the investigation is ongoing and that strict action will be taken against the culprits.
