Geopolitical tension has put pressure on gold. After remaining stable throughout the day, gold prices continued to fall in the morning and today the shine of gold has faded. Not only this, uncertainty regarding demand from industries has also put pressure on silver and due to this its shine has also diminished today. After one day of stability, the shine of gold has diminished today on 3rd June. Earlier on 1st June, 10 grams of 24 carat gold had become cheaper by Rs 820 and 22 carat gold by Rs 750. If we talk about today's rate, then in the capital Delhi, the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold has also decreased by Rs 10 and the price of 22 carat gold has also decreased by Rs 10.

Speaking of silver, after four consecutive days of stability, it has become cheaper in Delhi today. The price of silver has dropped by Rs 100 per kg today. However, an important piece of news regarding silver is that the government has further tightened its import rules. Now, permission from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) will be required to import silver through certain routes. This rule applies to silver with a purity of 99.9% or higher. This also includes silver plated with gold or platinum.
