Bharatpur: Cyber ​​fraudsters living in Mewat of Deeg district are now cheating people by giving false promises of selling milk-producing cows and buffaloes at cheap rates. Cyber ​​fraudsters have now adopted a new way of cheating people. For this, cyber fraudsters advertise the sale of milk-producing animals at cheap rates through online social media sites. They cheat people of money in the name of booking and then cheat them in the name of delivery.

Police took action against such fraudsters

The Jurhara police station in Deeg district has arrested 10 people accused of cyber fraud. All the accused were operating the fraud while sitting in a field. During interrogation, the accused confessed to selling cows and buffaloes at low prices.

On November 19th, Jurhara Police Station Officer Amit Kumar Chaudhary received information from an informant that some cyber fraudsters were committing fraud in a field behind a petrol pump near Pai village on the Kaman Jurhara Road. Acting on this information, police immediately arrived at the scene. They spotted some young men using their mobile phones.

Cyber ​​fraud was being committed in the name of selling animals.

All the people were surrounded and caught. When they were searched, they were found to be carrying 12 mobile phones and 12 fake SIM cards. Upon checking the mobile phones, evidence of fraud was found. The accused used to post advertisements on social media offering to sell cows and buffaloes at cheap prices. They would deceive and defraud those who contacted them.

Adopting a new way of cyber fraud

Actually, the thugs of Mewat used to cheat people many years ago when social media did not exist, by selling fake gold bricks at cheap rates. They used to deceive people by telling them that they operate JCB machines and found a gold brick during excavation. They want to sell it at half the market price. The thugs were so clever that when a customer came to buy a brick, they would give him a sample of real gold and when the customer would check it, he would find it genuine. But when they would buy the brick and get it checked, it would turn out to be fake.
