Bank employee Aastha Singh not only overstepped the mark but also, using her caste to intimidate and behave violently towards a customer, a video of which is now rapidly going viral.

Chaos erupted at the HDFC Bank branch in Panki Sector 2, Kanpur City , when a female employee crossed all limits of professional decorum. According to reports, a dispute erupted between bank employee Aastha Singh and a female customer, which quickly escalated into a high-voltage drama.

In a video circulating on social media, Aastha Singh is seen raging at the female customer. Other customers and employees present were stunned by the scene, as such behavior was not expected within a prestigious banking institution.

'I am a Thakur' - he used abusive language while describing his caste.

The most controversial aspect of this entire incident was when Aastha Singh attempted to intimidate the customer by citing her caste. In the video, she is heard shouting, "Go and explain to your husband, I am a Thakur." Despite working in a professional organization, openly flaunting her caste and threatening the customer demonstrates her arrogance. Aastha Singh not only used abusive language but also went to great lengths to insult the customer's dignity.

He also tried to attack by picking up the laptop.

During the altercation, Aastha Singh's anger escalated to the point of physical assault. Viral video footage shows her not only using abusive language but also violently picking up her laptop to attack. Other coworkers at the bank immediately intervened and tried to calm her down, but Aastha Singh's temper remained high. She continued to maintain her violent stance and intimidate the customer.

Questions are also being raised on bank management

Following the employee's actions, people on social media are questioning the bank's management. People say that such caste-based arrogance and violent behavior should not be tolerated. Despite the seriousness of the matter, police say no written complaint has been filed by either party.

Kanpur police say they will ensure legal action in the matter as soon as they receive a formal complaint. Currently, the incident remains a topic of discussion, with people questioning the bank's internal discipline.
