EPFO has given an important update for more than 7 crore members of the country. From 26 June to 3 July, EPFO ​​​​has upgraded the software to CITES 2.01. EPFO ​​​​services are becoming as before. An important thing has come to light in the new system. According to this, if the PF claim is rejected due to errors in the documents or any other reason, then the member will be informed about it. The member will get an alert regarding PF. The rate of claim rejection will be less. But even then, if the claim is rejected, then information about it will be given. The member will be informed about the errors in the information. After correcting these errors, the member can claim for PF again.

Automatic Administration

EPFO has made some changes after the software upgrade. This new system reduces the chances of claim rejection. If a claim is rejected, the member will be informed about the error in advance. When a member applies for PF withdrawal, it will be automatically verified. If the information provided in the application is incorrect, or there is any other error, the system will check it in advance. If any error is found, the concerned PF account holder will be immediately alerted and asked to correct it. As soon as these errors are corrected, the PF claim will be approved.

Employees' problems were resolved

The new system has eliminated the problems of employees. They will not be affected by repeated rejections of claims. Often, money is needed immediately in times of need. In such situations, the amount deposited in PF is a great support. Some mistakes and confusion can occur while filing a claim. In such a situation, the claim gets rejected. But this causes trouble to the employee. Now this problem will be reduced because the claim process will be completed automatically. Employees will not have to worry about repeated rejections of their claims. There will be no possibility of the claim getting rejected again if any mistakes are found in their application.

The amount that can be withdrawn will be known in advance.

The new system will allow members to see in advance the maximum withdrawal amount for reasons such as medical treatment, home purchase, marriage, education, etc., as per EPF rules. This will make it easier for members to determine how much to claim. This policy will also reduce the number of rejected claims due to the additional amount added. This new system will be beneficial for members.
