How to check PF balance on WhatsApp

Open WhatsApp on your mobile and send a message like "Hi" or "Hello" to +91 8796441800 from your UAN-registered mobile number

The chatbot will ask you to select your language. Choose Hindi, English, or your preferred language.

The screen will display options like PF balance, last 5 transactions, and passbook. Select 'Check balance' to check your PF balance.

You'll be asked for an OTP to verify your identity. Complete the verification by entering the OTP you received on your registered mobile number.

After verification, select an available PF account or member ID. Your account balance and other details will be displayed on the screen.
