But during this time the employee sitting at the ticket counter did not return the money and said, 'You gave a 50 rupee note. After this, the employee of the ticket counter kept misbehaving with the passenger youth for a long time. After this the youth said that the CCTV footage will show how much money I gave, after which the employee took him to his cabin.

After this, the passenger was told that it will take two hours. The staff made the passenger sit for a long time. The video of this incident has been shared on social media with the handle @nedricknews.
