Food – Chanakya says that food is as essential in this world as water. Eating more than you need, or wasting it simply because you have food, is an unforgivable sin. Because there are many people in this world who don't even get enough to eat every day. Therefore, never waste the food you have; if you have excess food, donate it. Chanakya said that donating food is the best charity in the world.

Sweet words – Chanakya says that one should always keep ice on one's head and sugar on one's tongue. A person who speaks sweetly never faces any problems in life. Your sweet words are a priceless treasure.
