India won the Asia Cup title for the ninth time
The excitement and passion was at its peak in the final of Asia Cup 2025. Team India created history by defeating its arch-rival Pakistan by five wickets. With this win, India won the Asia Cup trophy for a record ninth time and proved once again that it continues to dominate Asian cricket. At the beginning of the match, after winning the toss, the Indian captain decided to bowl first and this decision proved to be absolutely right. Spin bowler Kuldeep Yadav performed brilliantly and destroyed the strong batting order of Pakistan and bundled out the entire team for just 146 runs.

Pakistan blown away by Tilak's storm
The Indian team, which came to chase the target, did face some setbacks in the beginning, but young batsman Tilak Verma performed his responsibility brilliantly. He laid a strong foundation for the victory by scoring an unbeaten 69 runs in 53 balls with the help of three fours and four towering sixes. In the last moments, when India needed only a few runs to win, Rinku Singh hit a four and gave the team victory. The players sitting in the dressing room and head coach Gautam Gambhir could not control their happiness. The picture of Tilak waving his bat on the field and the Pakistani players standing with dejected faces made this historic final even more memorable.
