The video also states that whenever he withdraws money, an SMS alert is sent to his wife's phone. As a result, instead of a phone call from a distant workplace, the text message silently delivers the husband's secret message to his wife.
Social media users have received mixed reactions to this incident. Many have described the soldier's act as a heartwarming symbol of sacrifice, love, and the secret worries of the families of those serving in the army. Some have said that these small transactions, which take place every day, are a way to show their love and care for each other. Many have expressed doubts about the authenticity of this incident. They have asked how this could be possible when the minimum withdrawal limit at many ATMs exceeds ₹100. Some have also pointed out that some banks charge a 'fee' for withdrawing money after certain transactions. It is easier and cheaper to send a simple text message or phone call from your phone.
