Wrong e-challan: Received an e-challan by mistake? Learn how to cancel it online. Read in detail

If a traffic rule is violated and caught by the traffic police, the driver is fined or fined.  The government periodically appeals to people to follow traffic rules. However, some people disobey the rules. Traffic police are often not deployed on the roads, so some people deliberately jump traffic signals or enter no-parking zones, violating all rules, thinking that breaking traffic rules doesn't matter. To prevent this, the government has installed CCTV cameras at various locations, through which e-challans are sent directly to violators. However, due to technical glitches or human error, e-challans are often sent to the wrong person. Some people express anger upon receiving an e-challan, but wonder who will answer them. Others become afraid and, without bothering, simply pay the fine online and get away with it. However, an e-challan received by mistake can be canceled.
