Video: Women adopted a strange method to save on metro fare, passing under the ticket machines...

A group of women has devised a novel way to save on metro fares. They entered a metro station and stunned nearby passengers. Ignoring ticketing rules, some women slipped under automatic gates to save on fares. According to media reports, the incident occurred at a Delhi Metro station in the heart of the capital. A video of the incident went viral after circulating on social media.

In the viral video, women wearing saris, one after another, walked past the automatic ticket checking machine with their heads bowed. They seemed unafraid or embarrassed of being caught. One by one, they crawled under the ticket machine. The video showed them celebrating as their attempt to circumvent the ticketing system was successful. The minors accompanying them followed the adults and entered the metro station without tickets.

After the video was posted by the handle 'JateenTweets_', netizens have flooded the area with criticism of the ticketless passengers. This has reignited the debate on civic sense and violation of rules in public transport. Many netizens have criticized the women's behavior, stating that they have set a bad example for their children. Many netizens have also questioned the role of security personnel at the station. They argue that the Central Industrial Security Force, which is in charge of security at Delhi Metro stations, could have prevented such behavior. The women should have been stopped before they could pass through the gate.
