This shocking incident occurred in Kakinada district, Andhra Pradesh. A local resident named Narendra was riding his scooter. He tried to overtake a concrete mixer truck at a turn, but lost control and fell. As a result, the truck collided with his scooter and ran over him. However, Narendra survived in the blink of an eye.
