Title Changes Stir Buzz in Bollywood: Salman Khan and Ayushmann Khurrana Films Under Spotlight

A wave of last-minute title changes has created significant buzz in Bollywood, with films involving top actors like Salman Khan and Ayushmann Khurrana undergoing notable revisions even as production progresses.

Salman Khan, popularly known as Bhaijaan, is currently working on a high-profile project that was initially titled Battle of Galwan. Following additional shooting schedules and reported creative changes, the film has now been renamed Matrubhoomi. The sudden shift in title has surprised fans, especially as the project is undergoing an extensive 40-day reshoot phase. Industry chatter also hints at the possible inclusion of a Chinese song, adding to curiosity around the film’s evolving narrative.

Meanwhile, noted filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya is also considering a title change for his upcoming film starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sharvari Wagh. The film, tentatively titled Yeh Prem Mol Liya, may be renamed Yeh Prem Moh Maya Hai, according to industry reports. An official confirmation is expected in the coming days.

The project marks Barjatya’s continued association with the “Prem” character archetype, previously made iconic by Salman Khan. This time, Ayushmann Khurrana steps into the role, generating considerable anticipation among audiences.

Produced by Rajshri Productions in collaboration with Mahavir Jain Films, the film features an ensemble cast including Anupam Kher, Seema Pahwa, Supriya Pathak, and Shaad Randhawa.

Reports suggest that shooting for the film began in November last year and is nearing completion, with recent sequences filmed at Goregaon Railway Station in Mumbai. As fans await official announcements, both projects continue to generate excitement, underscoring how title changes remain a dynamic part of Bollywood filmmaking.
