The female policeman who gave the prisoner's heart, had a relationship in the jail and then what happened...

A shocking story has emerged from the city of Florence, Alabama that has exposed the dark face of a respected prison officer who set an example of discipline and integrity. Vicki White, 56, was a senior corrections officer at the Lauderdale County Jail whose retirement after nearly 20 years of unblemished service turned out to be the darkest day of her life. She was held in the highest esteem by his colleagues and was awarded the title of 'Best Officer' several times. After retirement, Vicky's dream was to live a peaceful life by the beach, but fate had something else in store.

On that last morning of April 29, 2022, Vicky was on her way to court without any other prison staff for a mental health examination of a dangerous inmate. That prisoner was no petty criminal. 38-year-old Casey White, despite the similarity in name, was not related to Vicki, but he was already serving a 75-year sentence for multiple counts of murder, kidnapping and violence. He was also charged with the brutal murder of a woman in 2015 for which he was awaiting trial in the Lauderdale County Jail.

According to security protocol, such high-risk criminals are always taken under the watch of two officers, but because of Vicky's seniority, no one dared to question her. In the CCTV footage, Vicky was seen leaving the jail in a normal manner as she had done many times before, sitting in KC's police vehicle, but shortly after, the two mysteriously disappeared, causing the police to become deeply suspicious. On investigation, it was found that no hearing was scheduled in the court that day and both had absconded.

Initially, investigators believed that Vicki might have been forced at gunpoint, but the truth soon began to emerge. A few months ago, Vicky sold her 4 acres of land, which was originally worth about $200,000, for just $96,000. She hid an SUV with no number plates in the parking lot, but the biggest and most shocking revelation came when it was revealed that Vicki and Casey White were developing a deep romantic relationship. The investigation also revealed that Vicki had called Casey an incredible 949 times over the past few months while Casey was in another prison, and that when Casey was transferred to the Lauderdale prison, Vicky gave him special privileges - extra meals, more time and unusual freedoms. After these revelations, it became clear that this was not a kidnapping but a cold-hearted conspiracy.

The police later informed that Vicky had used the money from the sale of his land to buy cars, motel rooms and weapons. During the 11 days they were on the run, they changed cars several times and constantly changed their clothes to hide their identity. They used to hide their identity by wearing wigs and used to hide in different motels. Eventually they arrived in Evansville, Indiana. There, they paid a homeless man to book a motel for himself, but on May 9, 2022, when the police received information about their whereabouts, they was chased.

Casey White was trying to escape in a car when the police hit his car causing it to flip into a ditch. Inside the car, Vicky was shot in the head. Eventually Casey also committed suicide by shooting himself. Vicky was rushed to the hospital in a critical condition where doctors declared her brought dead. This tragic and shocking end of a respected prison officer was the sad outcome of a love story that ran through the dark alleys of betrayal and crime.
