Bollywood stars Jackie Shroff and Shilpa Shetty Kundra are all set to share screen space once again—26 years after their 2000 film Jung. This time, however, the reunion won’t happen on the big screen but on OTT.

The two actors are reportedly coming together for a web series, marking their first collaboration in the digital space. The project is said to be in development for Amazon Prime Video, and expectations are already running high among fans.

According to reports, Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Jackie Shroff are in talks to play the lead roles in a slice-of-life drama that explores urban relationships, emotional maturity, and second chances. 8-Episode Web Series in the Works

As per a report by Mid-Day, the makers have finalized the script for an eight-episode series. Location scouting has already been completed in Mumbai and Pune, with filming expected to begin in March.

The report further states that the creators aim to make an intimate, grounded show with authentic locations, minimal glamour, and a strong emotional core. Both actors are seen as ideal fits due to their screen presence, experience, and audience connect.

Shooting Schedule and What’s Next

The production team is planning a 60-day shooting schedule, with principal photography likely to begin once the actors finalize their dates. While an official announcement is still awaited, the project is already generating excitement due to the nostalgic pairing and its fresh OTT format.
