Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has added another valuable property to his real estate collection. The actor has reportedly purchased the second and third floors of his old family home located in Delhi’s upscale Panchsheel Park area for around ₹37 crore.
Shah Rukh Khan already owned the basement and ground floor of the building. With this latest purchase, he now has complete ownership of the property that holds a special emotional connection for him.
A Home Close to Shah Rukh Khan’s Heart
Before becoming Bollywood’s biggest stars, Shah Rukh Khan spent his early years in Delhi and lived in this house before moving to Mumbai to pursue his acting career.
According to reports, the property is spread across approximately 1,200 square yards (around 10,800 square feet) and is located in one of South Delhi’s premium residential areas. The deal for the two floors was reportedly completed for nearly ₹37 crore, making it one of the notable celebrity property purchases in Delhi in recent years.
Shah Rukh Khan’s Growing Real Estate Portfolio
The actor has always shown interest in premium properties. Apart from his Delhi residence, Shah Rukh Khan owns his iconic Mumbai bungalow Mannat, which is currently undergoing renovation and expansion.
He also owns a luxurious farmhouse in Alibaug near Mumbai and properties in several locations across India and abroad, including Dubai and London.
The purchase of his Delhi home reflects his emotional attachment to the place where his journey began.
Fans Await Shah Rukh Khan’s Next Film ‘King’
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is preparing for his upcoming action entertainer ‘King’, directed by Siddharth Anand. The film will mark his first collaboration with daughter Suhana Khan on the big screen.
The movie also features Abhishek Bachchan in a negative role, while Deepika Padukone is reportedly part of the cast.
Recently, reports about the film’s budget created buzz, with claims that it was made on a budget of around ₹450 crore. Director Siddharth Anand reacted to the reports with a short post on X, writing “Lies,” which many fans linked to the budget speculation.
