Baking soda – ⅔ tablespoon

Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon

Butter – 90 grams

Powdered sugar – 90 grams

Banana – 1 (ripe)

Curd – 75 grams

Red food colour – as needed
How to Make Red Velvet Cake

In a bowl, add butter and powdered sugar. Whisk well until creamy.

Add sliced banana to the mixture and blend until smooth and lump-free.

Mix in curd and whisk again to form a creamy batter.

Add a little red food colour and mix gently until the batter turns red. Avoid adding too much colour.
