Petrol and diesel prices remained unchanged across major Indian cities on Friday, October 30, as oil marketing companies (OMCs) maintained existing retail rates. Domestic fuel prices remained stable despite fluctuations in international crude oil prices amid rising geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.

Fuel prices vary from city to city due to differences in state-level value-added tax (VAT), freight charges, and other local factors. Therefore, drivers in different parts of the country end up paying different amounts for petrol and diesel.
