Oppo Enco Air 5 Pro TWS Earbuds Launched With 55dB ANC, 54-Hour Battery Life

Oppo has introduced its latest true wireless earbuds, the Enco Air 5 Pro, in the Chinese market. These new earbuds succeed last year’s Enco Air 4 Pro and focus heavily on improved sound quality, advanced noise cancellation, and long battery life, making them a strong option in the mid-range segment.

The Oppo Enco Air 5 Pro offers active noise cancellation of up to 55dB and supports LHDC 5.0 Hi-Res Audio, ensuring a richer and more detailed listening experience. The earbuds are equipped with a 12mm dynamic driver that delivers a wide frequency response ranging from 20Hz to 40kHz. Support for AAC, SBC, and LHDC codecs allows high-speed wireless audio transmission of up to 1Mbps. Users can choose between ANC On, Adaptive ANC, Transparency Mode, and ANC Off based on their surroundings.

For connectivity, the earbuds feature Bluetooth 6.0 with dual-device pairing support. Oppo has also included a 47ms low-latency mode, which helps minimize audio lag during gaming and video streaming. Call quality is enhanced through a triple-microphone system with noise reduction, while touch and slide gestures enable easy control of playback and volume.

In terms of battery performance, each earbud houses a 62mAh battery, while the charging case includes a 530mAh unit. Oppo claims up to 7 hours of playback with ANC enabled and up to 13 hours with ANC turned off. With the charging case, total battery life extends to 29 hours with ANC on and an impressive 54 hours without ANC. The charging case weighs 43 grams, and each earbud weighs just 4.4 grams, ensuring a lightweight and comfortable fit.

The Oppo Enco Air 5 Pro is priced at CNY 329 (approximately ₹4,300) in China and is available in Moonstone White and Midnight Black color options. The earbuds are currently available for pre-order and will go on sale starting March 2. Oppo has not yet announced plans for an Indian launch, but expectations remain high given the competitive pricing.
