Upon opening the downloaded app, you'll be asked for access to location, contacts, camera, and SMS. Accepting this will give you the option to register. First, you'll need to enter your Aadhaar number, then select a SIM for SMS verification. After this, you'll need to scan your face for face authentication. Your registration will be complete.

How does offline Aadhaar verification work

The app's best feature is offline verification. It doesn't require internet access, and users don't have to share all their information. It offers Share ID and QR code scanning options. The Share ID feature creates a password-protected file, sharing only essential details like name or age. QR code scanning allows instant verification by scanning the QR code displayed by the other party.

• You will have to open the Aadhaar app and login.
