Carrot, Beetroot and Amla Juice

Step 1:  Prepare the ingredients for 2 glasses of juice. For this, take 4 medium-sized carrots, 1 medium beetroot, 2 gooseberries, and a 1-inch piece of ginger. Wash everything thoroughly, peel, and chop into small pieces.

Step 2: To make the juice, take a small mixer jar, add all the ingredients, 1 cup of water, and grind them into a fine paste. The finer you grind, the more juice you'll get.

Step 3: Find a cotton muslin cloth that can easily strain the juice. If you don't have a cloth, you can use a sieve. However, a cloth is best for completely extracting the juice. You can also use another very thin liner.

Step Four: Now pour the entire mixture onto the cloth and squeeze it tightly to extract the juice. You'll need to squeeze it very tightly so that all the juice comes out easily. If you feel like grinding it one more time to make juice, put the juiced mixture back into the mixer, add half a cup of water, and grind it again.

Step 5: Now pour the mixture back into the same cloth and squeeze out the juice. You'll notice that all the juice has been extracted, leaving only 2-3 teaspoons of fiber. Discard this or mix it with flour and make rotis. This is the fiber from carrots, beets, and amla.

To enhance the taste of the juice, you can add a pinch of black pepper powder and a little black salt. However, drinking the juice without salt is more beneficial. You should drink one glass of this juice daily.
