There is an opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship at the Korwa division of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). Candidates who have completed a graduate degree or a diploma can apply for the 2026-27 session starting today, October 29. The training will take place in Korwa, located in the Amethi district of Uttar Pradesh. Interested candidates may submit their applications until November 13, 2026. There is no application fee. Candidates must not be older than 26 years of age. The training will last for one year; however, completion of this training does not guarantee employment with the company.
Candidates with various educational qualifications are eligible to apply for this training. For the engineering graduate apprenticeship, applicants must hold a four-year BE or B.degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Computer Science/IT. For non-engineering graduate apprenticeships, a three-year degree—such as a BCA, B.Sc. in Computer Science, B.Com, or B.A.—is required. Candidates with a four-year B.Sc. degree in Agriculture are also eligible to apply. Applicants must select the appropriate category based on their specific degree.
What are the qualifications for diploma holders?
Opportunities are also available for those who hold a diploma. For an engineering diploma apprenticeship, candidates must possess a three-year diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Computer Science/IT. In the non-technical diploma category, candidates with a three-year diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or a two-year diploma in Modern Office Management and Secretarial Practice (MOM & SP) are eligible to apply. Selection will be based on the total marks obtained by the candidates in their degree or diploma examinations.
What is the basis for selection?
Candidates for the HAL apprenticeship will be selected based on a merit list.
To determine this merit, the total marks obtained by candidates in their degree or diploma examinations will be given 100 percent weightage. In other words, no separate examination has been mentioned for the selection process.
The list of provisionally selected candidates will be released on the 'Careers' section of the official HAL website between November 30 and December 2, 2026.
Following this, document verification will take place at HAL Korwa from December 3 to December 9, 2026.

Once registration is complete, they will receive a registration number.
Thereafter, they must submit their details via the Google application form provided in the official recruitment notice.
