Stomach Gas and Acidity Issues: Gas, acidity, constipation, and loss of appetite aren't common problems; they're four signs of a poor lifestyle, which you can improve with just three habits. If you're struggling with these four problems, read this article.
Gas, Acidity, Constipation Signs: Gas, acidity, constipation, and loss of appetite can be common problems if they occur once a month or occasionally. People often ignore these four problems, thinking they're common. However, if these problems occur daily, it means your body or gut health is telling you something, and ignoring them could worsen your problems.
What are the important signs related to the stomach?

Frequent gas formation means eating too much processed food
When you regularly or excessively eat processed or packaged foods, the good bacteria in your gut and body become unbalanced, leading to increased gas production. Therefore, avoid packaged and processed foods to avoid gas problems.
Frequent acidity means dinner is not right.
People often fall asleep after dinner, or if they have dinner at 11-12 or even later, acidity is a 100% certainty. Eating late at night forces the body to digest it, and lack of adequate sleep or rest can lead to heartburn or acidity the next day. Therefore, finish dinner by 7-8 pm, and instead of lying down immediately after eating, allow a two-hour gap before lying down or sleeping.
Constipation means lack of fiber in the body
Many people suffer from constipation during the winter, or even on normal days. Constipation means a lack of fiber, water, and movement or activity in the body. Drinking less water not only weakens the muscles but also increases the risk of constipation. Additionally, include fiber-rich foods in your diet.
Loss of appetite i.e. bloating in the stomach
If you feel heaviness in your stomach even after not eating for a long time, this is an early sign of inflammation. Loss of appetite is sometimes caused by ulcers. Therefore, if you experience prolonged loss of appetite, consult a doctor as soon as possible.
Do these 4 things for a healthy gut
- To keep your gut healthy, keep drinking adequate water i.e. 3-4 litres.
- Eat colorful, healthy and home-cooked food on the plate.
- Include fruits, green vegetables, pulses and seeds in your plate.
- If you want to relax your gut and keep it healthy, then reduce stress and sleep for adequate 8 hours, so that your gut remains healthy.
