In Feng Shui, it is believed that placing a water-related object, such as a fountain, in the north direction of your home can increase your income. Therefore, you can place a small fountain or a painting depicting flowing water in this direction. Be especially careful not to let the water stand stagnant, as   flowing water is considered a symbol of prosperity in Feng Shui .

2. Keep these plants at home

Certain Feng Shui plants, including the money plant, jade plant, and bamboo, are considered auspicious to keep in the home. These plants are believed to ward off negative energy and alleviate financial problems.  According to Feng Shui, these plants should always be placed in the northeast or southeast direction. Ensure the plants are not dry, yellow, or wilted, as this can lead to negative consequences.

3. Happiness and prosperity remain

According to Feng Shui, utmost care should be taken to maintain cleanliness at the main entrance of your home. Ensure that the nameplate placed there is not broken or dirty. Also, avoid placing shoes and slippers near the main entrance. Your main entrance should be dimly lit. A red, brown, or gold-colored gate is considered auspicious in Feng Shui. Keeping these things in mind at the main entrance will prevent obstructions to the flow of positive energy.

4. Do these things outside the house

Feng Shui considers certain items in your home to be problematic. According to this, you should avoid leaking faucets. Also, broken watches or useless electronic items should be removed from the house. These items indicate financial loss.
