Dr. Elahi on the movement of Indian ships through the Strait of Hormuz – Hope this will continue

Dr. Abdul Majid Hakim Elahi, Iran's Supreme Leader's representative in India, has made a significant statement regarding the Strait of Hormuz. He said that some Indian ships have already passed through this route and he hopes this will continue.

Dr. Abdul Majid Hakim Elahi, the representative of Iran's Supreme Leader in India, has given a major indication that Indian ships will be allowed to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.

Responding to a question in this regard, Dr. Abdul Majid Hakim Elahi said, "Yes, some Indian ships have passed through so far, and I hope this will continue."

There was no problem before this war

He further said, "There was no problem before this war. This means that the source of all conflicts and crises is this war. The problem is not whether Iran gives permission or not. This is a security issue. Some enemy countries that use this strait to attack Iran are not allowed, but other countries are free to pass through."

The real concern is security

Dr. Abdul Majid Hakim Elahi said, "As you know, the issue isn't just whether Iran grants permission. The real concern is primarily security. While all countries are generally permitted to use the Strait of Hormuz and benefit from this vital waterway, any country that attempts to use the Strait as a launching pad to attack Iran will not be permitted to do so. However, all other countries are free to transit through the Strait without restriction."
