A heartbreaking incident from Ajmer, Rajasthan, has left everyone in tears. In Sarwar town, a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law passed away within hours of each other. The daughter-in-law, who had been ill for some time, died during treatment at a hospital. Unable to bear the shock of her death, the grieving mother-in-law also collapsed and passed away soon after.

According to reports, the incident occurred in Nath Mohalla, where Sunil Bhatnagar lives with his family. His wife, Anita (42), had been undergoing treatment at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital in Bhilwara. Her health deteriorated on Tuesday evening, and she passed away later that night. Her body was brought home to Sarwar in an ambulance.

As soon as Anita’s body arrived, her mother-in-law, Annapurna Devi (70), broke down in grief. Overcome with emotion, she hugged her daughter-in-law’s body and began weeping uncontrollably. Despite her family’s attempts to console her, Annapurna suddenly collapsed. The family rushed her to the hospital, but doctors declared her dead on arrival.

The next morning, both bodies were taken for cremation together. The sight of the two funeral processions leaving the same house brought tears to everyone’s eyes. Neighbors described the bond between the two women as that of a true mother and daughter, making their deaths together all the more poignant.
