A hearty breakfast for just 1 rupee! This place offers the cheapest breakfast in India; it's crowded with foodies in the morning

Inflation is constantly rising in the country. Now, you can't buy anything for just 1-2 rupees like before. Even buying a bottle of plain water or tea costs 10 rupees. Imagine, if we told you that you could have a full breakfast for just 1 rupee, would you believe it? In this era of inflation, getting breakfast for 1 rupee seems almost impossible. But let us tell you that this is not a lie, but the truth. One such shop is still operating in India, and its video has been shared on social media. Let's learn more about it.

Same  price for 25 years

A social media creator discovered this unique place, and its video is currently trending online. This shop has been in operation for the past 25 years, and the shopkeeper has never changed the taste or price of the food. Even today, breakfast is served here for just one rupee, and people happily start their day with a full breakfast. The credit for this unique creation goes to shopkeeper Ram Babu Anna.

Some people do this business to make money, but others consider feeding people their true virtue. Ram Babu Anna is a prime example of this. His family was not well-off. He saw poverty all around. Due to lack of money, he often left home without breakfast. This is where he got the idea to start a low-cost breakfast shop so that no one would go hungry. He rented land near his home and opened a breakfast shop. Here he serves dishes like idli, upma, and poha. All the dishes are sold for just one rupee. Initially, many people called him crazy, but he has continued this tradition of serving breakfast for one rupee for 25 years.

Initially, Ram Babu Anna suffered losses, but ultimately stuck to his decision. He said that making money was never his goal, but rather, serving people. He set the price at one rupee so that people could buy and eat the food with dignity. Gradually, the shop became popular, and people from nearby villages began coming to Ram Babu's food stall to sample the snacks. All preparations for the shop begin early in the morning, and the snacks begin selling there as early as then. Workers, school students, and the elderly all eat breakfast here. Interestingly, despite the low prices, special attention is paid to the taste of the food and the cleanliness of the place. The video does not reveal the exact location of the shop, but a user in the comments claimed that the shop is in Andhra Pradesh.
