On this occasion, the company’s chief executive Tim Cook shared insights into the real reason behind Apple’s decades-long success, saying the company’s strength lies not only in technology but also in its people and unique culture.

According to Tim Cook, the most valuable asset of any company is its people. He explained that the intellectual property and innovations of an organization are created by its employees.

He contrasted this with other major companies that started in completely different industries before entering technology. For example, Samsung originally operated as a trading company dealing in products like dried fish, while Nokia began as a paper mill.
