According to the information, this new feature is currently visible in the beta version of WhatsApp and is still under development. If this feature launches, users will no longer need to delete their entire status for minor mistakes in the caption.

You can edit WhatsApp status

The new feature is not yet available for all users, but users will be able to take advantage of this feature soon. Currently, users cannot change the caption after uploading WhatsApp status. But after a few days, users will be given the opportunity to change the caption even after posting the status. According to the information revealed in the beta version, users will be able to edit the caption posted till 15 minutes after uploading the status. In such a situation, if there is any spelling mistake or you want to give a new and better caption or want to add some more text in it, then you will be able to make the necessary changes by editing the status without deleting it.
