Vietnamese automaker VinFast has officially started deliveries of its VF6 and VF7 electric SUVs in India, following their launch in September 2025. Initial deliveries are underway in cities including Kochi and Jaipur.

The VinFast VF6 comes with a 59.6 kWh battery and a front-wheel-drive system, producing 174–201 hp and 250–310 Nm of torque. The ARAI-certified range is 468 km for the Earth variant and 463 km for the Wind variant. Key features include all-LED projector headlamps, glass roof, keyless entry, 7 airbags, ABS, TCS, 360-degree cameras, cruise control, connected car tech, and multiple drive and regenerative braking modes. The VF6 starts at ₹16.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

The VinFast VF7 shares several features with the VF6, along with heated auto-dimming ORVMs, coloured HUD projection, front and rear signature lighting, and a C-type 90W USB port. The VF7 Sky and Sky Infinity variants come with a 70.8 kWh battery, all-wheel drive, and torque outputs of 348–500 Nm, with prices starting at ₹20.89 lakh (ex-showroom).

With a range of up to 510 km on a single charge, the VF6 and VF7 aim to strengthen VinFast’s position in the growing Indian EV market, offering a mix of performance, safety, and modern connectivity features.
