According to the Meteorological Department, maximum temperatures may also change between February 13th and 26th. Temperatures may rise in the northern and western parts of the state during this period. Furthermore, the heat is expected to intensify in the coming days.

The Meteorological Department says that due to the effect of two new western disturbances, there may be scattered rain and showers accompanied by thunder and lightning in some areas of the state on February 17.

Due to the influence of these western disturbances, rainfall activity may be more active on February 16-17. Consequently, there is a possibility of thunderstorms and rain in some areas.
