Tiger Shroff Firing Case: Three Suspects Arrested in Kota While Allegedly Fleeing to Nepal; Rehan Linked to Bishnoi Gang

Three suspects in the shooting incident involving Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff have been arrested by Kota City Police in Rajasthan while travelling by train, according to police officials. The suspects had allegedly travelled from Mumbai to Delhi and were planning to escape to Nepal. Investigators are now working to establish the full conspiracy, identify other people involved and recover the weapons used in the attack.

Kota Superintendent of Police Tejaswini Gautam said police received information on Monday morning that the suspects were travelling on a train approaching Kota. Acting on the tip-off, officers searched the train and apprehended all three within approximately 15 minutes.

Who Are the Three Suspects Arrested in Kota?

According to SP Tejaswini Gautam, the arrested suspects include Rehan, alias Sukhkha, from Sonipat in Haryana; Hrithik, alias Roshan, from Begusarai in Bihar; and a minor.

Police suspect that the three played different roles in the alleged shooting conspiracy. Rehan has been identified by investigators as the suspected main shooter and is reportedly linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. He is also said to face several criminal cases, including cases under the Arms Act.

The suspects were travelling in the general compartment of the Pune-Jaipur Express when Kota Police intercepted them.

The three are expected to be handed over to Mumbai Police for further investigation and legal proceedings.

How Did Police Arrest the Suspects Within 15 Minutes?

According to the Kota SP, local police received intelligence that the suspects were travelling by train and would soon arrive at Kota railway station.

A team was immediately deployed to the station. Officers prepared an operation, searched the train upon its arrival and located the suspects.

The arrests followed coordination between Mumbai Police and Rajasthan Police. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis also confirmed that the suspects had been apprehended with assistance from Rajasthan authorities.

Fadnavis said investigators would complete the necessary legal formalities before Mumbai Police took custody of the accused and brought them back to Mumbai.

Rehan Allegedly Had Contact With Anil Pandit

Investigators are examining the suspected links between the arrested individuals and their alleged handlers.

According to preliminary findings cited in the report, Rehan was in contact with a person identified as Anil Pandit. Investigators are examining digital evidence and communications that may help establish how the alleged conspiracy was organised.

The report also states that communications and location details were shared through messaging platforms, including Signal and Telegram.

Investigators suspect that the three individuals had separate responsibilities. Hrithik allegedly provided logistical support, while the minor and Rehan were reportedly involved in carrying out the plan.

These allegations remain subject to further investigation.

Suspects Allegedly Conducted Recce for 10 Days

Investigators are also examining claims that the suspects monitored Tiger Shroff's movements for approximately 10 days before the shooting.

According to information cited in the report, they allegedly conducted reconnaissance around the actor's residence and gym, attempting to learn his routine and identify opportunities to approach him.

Investigators suspect that videos uploaded by paparazzi and social media bloggers may have helped the accused gather information about the actor's movements.

The suspects were reportedly in contact with handlers while sharing information about locations and movements. Police are examining the relevant digital evidence to determine the extent of the alleged planning and whether additional individuals were involved.

Weapon Used in the Shooting Yet to Be Recovered

Despite the arrests, investigators have not yet recovered the weapon allegedly used in the shooting.

According to SP Tejaswini Gautam, the accused will be questioned about the weapon and other details of the incident. Recovering it is an important part of the investigation, as it could provide further evidence about the shooting.

Mumbai Police are also expected to question the suspects about their alleged connections, communications with handlers and movements after the incident.

Devendra Fadnavis Says All Those Involved Will Be Investigated

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said the arrests were made with the help of Rajasthan Police after investigators tracked the suspects' movements.

According to his account, the accused fled after the shooting and boarded a train travelling towards Rajasthan. Mumbai Police subsequently coordinated with their counterparts in Kota, leading to the arrests.

Fadnavis said the investigation would examine who planned the attack, who provided support and whether other individuals were involved. He also stated that those found responsible would face action under the law.

Investigation Continues Into the Tiger Shroff Shooting

The arrest of the three suspects represents a significant development in the investigation into the shooting involving Tiger Shroff. However, questions remain about the alleged motive, the role of the suspected handlers, the weapon used and whether others helped plan the incident.

Police are continuing to examine digital evidence, question the suspects and establish the sequence of events.

The investigation will need to establish the allegations through evidence and legal proceedings before responsibility can be conclusively determined.
