Kunduru/Tindora (Ivy Gourd)
Lima Mahajan says, this vegetable shows effect like insulin and reduces sugar naturally.
Cluster Beans
The soluble fiber called guar gum present in cluster beans prevents sudden increase in blood sugar after eating.
Snake Gourd
Chichinda contains saponins and flavonoids, which reduce oxidative stress in the body and increase glucose tolerance.
