I have no dispute with anyone. This is not murder. I, Priya Bharti, am ending my life due to my illness. No one has any involvement in this. My body should not be taken to Rasulpur. My last rites should be performed in Hajipur."

This is not suicide, this is murder

However, the woman's family has ruled it a murder. Gunjan Kumar, the deceased's cousin, said that Priya was murdered, not a suicide. Harikant Giri, Priya's maternal uncle, said that she had moved to Rasulpur with her 3-month-old daughter a week ago after a domestic dispute. "We arrived at her rented house when the incident occurred," he said.

He said that Priya's body was hanging from a rope, but her entire body was resting on the ground. It doesn't appear to be a case of suicide, but rather a murder disguised as suicide. He added that the suicide note also doesn't match Priya's handwriting. She could never have written something like that.
