Performance SUV enthusiasts have a reason to celebrate as the highly anticipated Skoda Kodiaq RS is set to make its Indian debut. Bookings for the sporty SUV will officially begin on June 22, 2026, with showroom arrivals expected in July.

The Kodiaq RS will be brought to India as a Completely Built Unit (CBU), making it an exclusive offering. Skoda is expected to import only a limited number of vehicles, with the first batch reportedly restricted to just 50 units.

Given its CBU status and performance-focused positioning, the Kodiaq RS is expected to be priced between ₹55 lakh and ₹60 lakh (ex-showroom).

Under the hood, the Kodiaq RS is powered by a 2.0-litre TSI turbo-petrol engine that delivers:

This makes it approximately 60 bhp more powerful than the standard Kodiaq. The engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT) and an all-wheel-drive (AWD) system.

According to Skoda, the SUV can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds, making it one of the quickest SUVs in its segment.

To match the increased performance, the Kodiaq RS receives several upgrades over the standard model, including:
