SBI Group will recruit for the post of CISO, annual salary will be up to Rs 2.5 crore, know the details
State Bank of India has released a notification for the recruitment of Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) positions. The notification for the recruitment was released on September 4th.
The selected candidate will receive an annual compensation of up to ₹2.5 crore (approximately $2.5 million USD). They will lead the bank's cybersecurity strategy, information security framework, and security operations.
Eligible and interested candidates must fulfill all the eligibility criteria and ensure to apply before the deadline of 24th September.
These vacancies are to be filled with the expectation that the selected candidates will oversee and strengthen the Information Security and Cyber Security operations of SBI.
Candidates should also note that the post is negotiable and will be based on the candidate's experience and suitability for the role.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a citizen of India.
Candidate must not be more than 57 years of age and must have 15-20 years of experience in IT with relevant experience for the Group CISO post. Candidates must also have a technical or postgraduate qualification from a university, institution, or board recognized by the Government of India or approved by the relevant regulatory authorities.
Must have a BTech/BE degree in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Cyber Security, or equivalent degree in the specified subjects. Candidates
with an MCA, MTech, or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or Cyber Security can also apply.
