This is important information for ration card beneficiaries. All ration card beneficiaries must complete this important task before December 31st. If this work is not completed on time, your ration may be stopped. Additionally, you will not be able to avail the benefits of seven different schemes related to your ration card.

Actually, you must complete your ration card's e-KYC before December 31st. If you don't complete this e-KYC on time, you will stop receiving rations from January 1st. You don't need to visit offices for e-KYC. You can do this from home using just your mobile phone.

How to do e-KYC of ration card sitting at home

If you also want to complete your ration card's e-KYC process, carefully follow the steps below. You will need a mobile phone and internet service.

Step 1- First of all you have to download My KYC and Aadhaar FaceRD.

Step 2- After this, open the app and enter the location.

Step 3- Then you have to enter Aadhaar number, captcha and received OTP.

Step 4 - All the information will be displayed on the screen. Select the Face-e-KYC option.

Step 5- After which the camera will turn on, click the photo and submit it.

Step 6- Finally your e-KYC will be completed.

If you have already completed e-KYC, check the e-KYC status once to be sure.

How to check e-KYC status?

Step 1- First of all you have to open My KYC app.

Step 2- Then enter the location.

Step 3- Enter Aadhaar number, captcha and OTP.

Step 4- If your KYC has been done, then Y will be visible in your status.

You can also complete your ration card's e-KYC offline. If your mobile app isn't working, don't worry. You can complete your e-KYC at your nearest ration shop.

To do this, you'll need to visit a ration shop. Your thumb or fingerprint will be taken through a POS machine. You'll also need to bring your Aadhaar card and ration card.

Your thumb or finger print will be used for verification, after which your e-KYC will be completed.
