A heartwarming video from Rajasthan has gone viral on social media, drawing widespread attention for a father’s unusual way of celebrating his son’s selection into the Indian Railways.

According to the video, the young man had aspired to work in the Railways for several years and prepared diligently for competitive examinations. After sustained effort and perseverance, he succeeded in securing a government job, bringing joy to his family.

To mark the occasion, the father chose an unconventional form of celebration. Instead of traditional festivities, he transformed the family home to resemble an Indian Railways coach. The exterior of the house was painted blue with yellow stripes, closely mirroring the appearance of a railway carriage. Windows were designed to resemble train windows, and markings such as “Emergency Exit” were also added, giving the structure the look of a stationary train coach.

Residents and passersby were reportedly surprised on seeing the house, which from a distance appeared like a railway compartment placed in a residential area.

The father stated that the idea was meant to create a lasting memory for his son, whose years of hard work culminated in the achievement. When the son returned home and saw the transformed house, his reaction reflected visible happiness and pride, as shown in the video.
