The central government implements a variety of schemes for the people of the country. These schemes benefit people. Many schemes are also linked to traditional businesses. The government runs a scheme for this purpose, called the PM Vishwakarma Yojana.

Who are the people connected

According to media reports, under the PM Vishwakarma Yojana, people associated with 18 traditional businesses are given training for a few days and after that they get many benefits and are also given loans.

These benefits are available : 500 rupees are given daily to those involved in the program while they are training, and 15,000 rupees are provided to purchase a toolkit. Affordable interest rates and no-collateral loans are also provided, initially providing a loan of one lakh rupees, followed by an additional loan of two lakh rupees.
