Currently, farmers across the country are eagerly awaiting the 24th installment of the PM Kisan Yojana.

A total of 23 installments have been deposited into farmers
' accounts under the PM Kisan Yojana. According to reports, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the 23rd installment in June. More than 9 crore eligible farmers benefited from this installment.

Will the 24th installment come in October?

Installments under the PM Kisan Yojana are typically released every four months. Since the 23rd installment was received in June, this timeframe expires four months later, in October. Therefore, it is expected that the 24th installment will be released in October. However, the exact date for the 24th installment has not yet been officially announced by the central government. Therefore, farmers will have to wait for an official announcement.

Direct Benefit Transfer via DBT
Financial assistance under the PM Kisan Yojana is transferred directly to the bank accounts of beneficiary farmers through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system. Therefore, this process eliminates the need for a bank visit, and eligible beneficiaries receive the government funds directly.

It may be beneficial for farmers to check that their eligible bank account and the required scheme details are updated before receiving their installment. This information will become clear once the official date for the 24th installment is announced.
