Therefore, even if both husband and wife own cultivable land, only one of them will be considered eligible for the scheme.

If a husband and wife in a household apply separately, either through insidious means or lack of information, their forms will be immediately rejected. The government's digital database easily detects such errors. Furthermore, attempting to benefit from the scheme by providing false information is considered a violation of the rules.
