The central government is running important schemes to provide financial assistance to farmers. This benefits them in their farming activities and daily expenses. Currently, millions of farmers are benefiting from the PM Kisan Yojana. So far, 23 installments have been sent to farmers' accounts. A total of ₹6 is disbursed each year. This money is disbursed in three stages. Now, a major update has emerged regarding the 24th installment. This has revealed the expected date for the installment.

When will you receive the benefits of PM Kisan?
Eligible farmers who benefit from the PM Kisan scheme receive an installment of ₹2,000 every four months. It has been reported that the last installment, the 23rd installment, was issued on June 20, 2026.

Accordingly, four months have passed since the last installment was received on October 20th. Therefore, it is estimated that the 24th installment may be deposited into farmers' accounts on or after October 20th. However, this date has not yet been officially confirmed. The government usually announces the installment date a few days in advance.

Who will get the benefit of Rs 4,000?

After the announcement of the 24th installment, some eligible farmers are likely to see ₹4,000 credited to their accounts. In cases where the previous installment was held up due to technical reasons and was later approved, the previous ₹2,000 and this month's ₹2,000 may be credited. However, not every farmer will receive ₹4,000. The amount will depend on the beneficiary's eligibility and the status of the previous installment.
