The viral message states, "Farmer brothers, the money for the 24th installment of PM Kisan has started arriving, and 4,000 rupees are being deposited into farmers' accounts." The central government has debunked this misleading message, stating that it is completely false and fake news.

The false message was posted from the official account of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. The post clearly states that it is fake news. The news of 4,000 rupees being given as the 24th installment of PM Kisan is completely false. No announcement has been made regarding the 24th installment yet. Trust only government sources for such news.

If you're receiving such messages, don't trust them at all. This is completely false. Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, ₹6,000 is given annually. This money comes in three installments of ₹2,000 each. The government hasn't yet decided on increasing this amount. Furthermore, there are no outstanding payments from previous installments. Therefore, receiving ₹4,000 doesn't seem out of the question. Only ₹2,000 will be credited to your account as the 24th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi.

When will the 24th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi come?

The 23rd installment of PM Kisan was released on June 20th. Now, the 24th installment will transfer funds for August to November into farmers' accounts. It is expected that farmers may have to wait until October or November for this payment.
Correct these errors before the 24th installment of PM Kisan

• If your e-KYC is incomplete, complete it immediately. Without it, you will not receive the 24th installment of PM Kisan .
• If there is any mistake in filling the bank account number or IFSC code or the bank account is not linked to Aadhaar or its eKYC has not been done, then get it done also.
• If you have not made Farmer ID yet, then get it made immediately.
• If there is any discrepancy between the name recorded in the government database and the information given in the application form or the spelling of the name, then correct it.
• The installment may also get stuck if the verification of land records is not completed.
