Anticipation has risen for the 23rd installment under the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, which is set to benefit over 93 million farmers across the country. PM Kisan benefits are distributed in three installments each year, with eligible farmers receiving ₹2,000 in each installment.

PM Kisan 23rd Installment Date 2026:

Under the PM Kisan Yojana, eligible farmers receive ₹2,000 every four months, totaling approximately ₹6,000 per year. The installment cycles are from April to July, August to November, and December to March.

The government transferred the 22nd installment of PM Kisan on March 13, 2026, for the December 2025 to March 2026 cycle. The government released a total of ₹18,640 crore under the 22nd installment, benefiting approximately 93.2 million farmers. Of the total, 21.5 million beneficiaries were women.

At least ₹4.27 lakh crore has been disbursed to farmers since PM Kisan was launched on February 24, 2019. The scheme is implemented through Aadhaar-based authentication and digitized land records, ensuring transparent and efficient direct benefit transfers to verified beneficiaries.

It is being said that the 23rd installment for PM Kisan can be released between the end of June and July 2026.

If we look at the dates from last year, the government released the 20th installment under PM Kisan for the April to July 2025 cycle on August 2, 2025. While the 21st installment for the August-November 2025 cycle was released on November 19, 2025.

Therefore, the 23rd installment of PM Kisan is most likely to be released in early July.
