Even on Monday, government oil companies did not provide any relief to the public regarding petrol and diesel prices.
Government oil companies offered no relief to the public on Monday regarding petrol and diesel prices. Even today, the companies made no changes to the prices of both fuels in major cities. In Jaipur, petrol costs ₹112.66 and diesel ₹97.78 per liter.
In the national capital, New Delhi, a liter of petrol costs ₹102.12 and diesel ₹95.20. In Mumbai, petrol costs ₹111.18 and diesel ₹97.83, in Kolkata, petrol costs ₹113.47 and diesel ₹99.82, and in Chennai, petrol costs ₹107.77 and diesel ₹99.55 per liter.
The prices fixed today in the major cities of the country are as follows:
Gurugram: Petrol ₹102.77 and Diesel ₹95.44 per liter
Noida: Petrol ₹102.12 and Diesel ₹95.56 per liter
Lucknow: Petrol ₹102.05 and Diesel ₹95.55 per liter

People are waiting for the prices to come down.
Petrol and diesel consumers have been waiting for a reduction in the prices for a long time. Only time will tell when this wait will end. The prices of both the fuels are updated every morning by the government oil companies. Due to the prices not coming down, people are facing inflation. Due to this, the prices of almost everything have increased. Due to the re-emergence of the US-Iran war, there is little possibility of a reduction in the prices right now.
